Gym
hey guys I’m pretty active and have a job that gets me a lot of steps I average 25k steps everytime I work which is ab 2x a week. Also I go to the gym about 3-4x per week + 30 mins of cardio. I have a question! if I can’t go to the gym as often like for about a month (switching gyms and building a home gym) and I’m on Reta will a month cause significant muscle loss? I’ve only been able to go about 1-2x a week, 30 mins cardio and still working my job! thanks
