Hey, I'm a complete beginner in copywriting. I have although written some fiction piece and have been to some extent an avid reader too. Now I wanna transition into copywriting, I have taken yt videos to understand the fundamental, and main copy structures etc but I'm lost if I should do cold outreach or I should look for some agency to hire me.

I'm also have a full-time job so I can't do very extensive cold outreach and I don't know any agency that could hire me as a complete beginner.

Thirdly I have this issue, even if I practice my copy, I don't have anyone to give me reviews on it, so how am I gonna improve it. Does anyone has any insight on these?

Is that actually a thing? If yes, how do u find authors that would pay for that?
