Appendicitis or post-IBS gut irritation

TMI WARNING

Last night I was having a hard time with constipation, the intense cramping coming in waves, nauseous etc. (ya know the IBS package) I finally went, first, the normal pebbles, then back to normal after a few trips.

Well This morning I woke up and have been having pain in my lower right side of my abdomen the pain is staying dull. Kinda feels like it's a burning pain and it comes and goes with a sharp feeling though. I have such bad health anxiety when it comes to my gut so I don't like to jump to conclusions but I'm nervous..

I can walk no movement hurts..

I did the press test and it immediately made that area gurgle.. the pain has stayed in the same area it doesn't move. No immediate pain after the press test just like poking a bruise it hurt a little afterwards. No pain with the jump test.. but it's just not going away. It never started near my belly button it's just stayed in the same area and that area feels burning..

I'm trying not to let my health anxiety win but it's getting difficult

I am Brand new to Lexapro and I already want to quit 😭 these side effects are unbearable. Especially the nausea (of course cuz I'm taking this to help with emetophobia) the headaches and dizziness are awful also I feel insanely jittery and my heart is racing constantly.. I keep calling off of work with how terrible it makes me feel. I was the same way with Zoloft and this was supposed to be the gentler option..

I'm about to take day 3 and I feel like I'm gonna have to be held down and take it by Force. Please does this get easier?! How did you survive it? I tried eating with it. I want to give up but I want it to help. Any suggestions would be appreciated please 😭
