I can hear ALL other alerts from streamlabs - bits, follows, subs, whatever. But TTS is silent for only me when I’m live.

I recently set a TTS option through streamlabs so that if a viewer cheers 50+ bits then their message is read aloud with TTS.

1 viewer tested it last time and it read-aloud the message to my viewers, but NO AUDIO played on my end. When I go into streamlabs and send myself test alerts I can hear the TTS being read, but the second it becomes “real” and is on stream I can’t hear anything.

Anyone know any fixes?

What the title says. Is there a site like fiverr or something where I can pay someone for their time just to help me troubleshoot all of the problems I am running in to? I spend HOURS researching google and YouTube trying to find fixes and nothing works, and it’s so depressing.

I just have so many little problems that I don’t fully understand how to fix. Where could I find a freelance worker that I could pay for an hour of their time (or however long it takes) to just go through my issues and help me troubleshoot?

I had been using the streamElements plugin with obscure a while and all of the features were working fine. As I became more serious with streaming, I decided to try out SE.Live so that I could multi-stream to multiple platforms at once. It was going fine u til the LAST connection I made (connected SE.Live/OBS to stream to YT) that made my cursor get the rainbow spinning wheel forever (for context: I am on a new M5 MacBook Pro).

It spins literally forever and the only way around it is to quit OBS and re-launch it in “safe mode”. If I launch it in normal more it alway will freeze unless I completely delete the entire SE.Live plugin from my computer files.

I have tried reinstalling SE.Live to OBS, but it automatically “remembers” all of the features I set up last time (like connecting to stream to YT) & causes the spinning rainbow wheel immediately.

Is there no way I can start from scratch with a fresh SE.Live plugin?? Like without any of the extra features I set up? If I could do that I could just go one by one until I identify the problem, but it seems impossible.

Sorry if some of my wording is weird. I’m very new to OBS/streaming and am kind of a noob when it comes to all of this, but ANY help would make my day because I’m losing it.
