I'm trying to locate this bay but when I look on the spawn location list it doesn't show up, what does the numbers mean on the second image? Is that supposed to be a grid location

My map is broken, normally after I've selected a starting and ending location in the world map, when I load in there's a pink line on the in-game map to show me where I'm going, it is of course gone and the line on my compass is inaccurate as well is there any way to fix this?
