So i got an offer for AI intern of 6 months in a company with minimal pay and they say the full time role is based on my internship performance and they are likely to hire from the interns. So what should be the minimal salary that I should consider before joining and should I join only on the guarantee of a full time role mentioned in the contract?
And if they offer me full time role then what should be my asking salary as an AI/ML enginner after 6 months
