Maybe I'm stupid or something, but I never figured out who he is and every time I watch Clerks, I never remember seeing him. I thought it was Silent Bob at first, but he's not wearing the hat or any other part of his outfit, plus, it wouldn't make since Jay isn't there with him

When I first listened to it on bandcamp, I could have sworn I remember Break it Down being one of the tracks included on it, but when I purchased it for download about a month or so later, it wasn't there anymore! Did they remove the track or am I just misremembering it being there in the first place?
