So out of curiosity what is the furthest anyone has ridden a 80’s vfr been and how’d it go and what should I look out for if/when I do attempt a 380 mile road trip on my 1986 vfr750f I do plan on new tires and chain before hand with other maintenance like oil but what should I pack? And would it be smart to add universal saddle bags with a few tools? Mind you mine has 73k miles on it and it might have rolled over the odometer once or twice maybe but compression test and visual inspection is showing the motor is stupid healthy and I’ve gone through most of the barrings and bushings but this will be my first cross state line trip on a motorcycle so any tips or advice greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have a 1986 VFR750F I have been piecing this one together for about a year and I am struggling to find a good set of levers that would be worth it I need the whole assembly for the clutch and break and both are hydraulic (I’m sure yall know) but the only replacement I’ve found would be a Amazon special or a broken pitted out master cylinder if anyone knows where I can find matching levers that arnt clapped out within about 300$ that would be awesome! (P.S. please ignore the miss matched paint and mess and the grammar lol)

Just picked up this sick helmet and was curious what peoples opinions on it was after I got it, I mean I love it so far but I wanted the r1 just have a weird shaped head LMAO. But disregard the bike being a 250 I think it looks nice and was just wondering if someone has the same helmet and there grips after a longer use.
