applied for job and went for interview on the coop job page it says DECLINED? what does that mean yesterday it was under consideration? other past jobs says not retained this one is only

curious so I started working at a sainsbury’s local a month ago because i had to transfer there and for past month, the manager has been tying string to newspaper and leaving them outside? everyday around 9pm she ties them up and leaves them outside like outside outside door? why? can’t they be robbed easily and she writes code on them? curious why they do this?
