Can you only get pregnant during ovulation?

Not sure where exactly to post this, but theoretically if I were trying to avoid getting pregnant without bc, could I simply take ovulation test and have unprotected intercourse when the test shows that I am not currently ovulating? Is it true that you can only get pregnant during ovulation week?

How to do multiple hair colors without it bleeding?

I have a racoon tail and the ends of my layers bleached, i'm wanting to do a dark brown/black on the unbleached part of my hair and a purple on the bleached parts but I dont know how to go about it. I was thinking to do the purple first then do the black the next night so the black doesnt bleed on the bleached parts but would it still bleed onto the purple? Any tips or tricks on how to do this?🥲
