Pratt Street is no good for the Red Line in Baltimore

Pratt Street is no good for the Red Line in Baltimore

The author argues that a Pratt Street alignment for Red Line pulls it too far away from the center of downtown, and also too far from Metro.

I think the author makes good points here, but one advantage to the Red Line on Pratt would be (hopefully) calming traffic on that damn street. So move the Red Line but also please do something about Pratt at the same time.

NER 107: drunk man pulled emergency brake

Missed his stop at Wilmington, cursed, yelled, and ranted loudly, and then pulled the brake just minutes after we left. Expecting him to be greeted by the police when we pull in to Baltimore in a little bit. The conductors are (rightfully) very angry at this dude. They just walked him through the quiet car and he looks like he swallowed his tongue. I think the oh-no-consequences have already started catching up to him.
