It keeps having good months and bad months

Real dry dirt but im soon replaced parts of it with rocks for gnats removal and drainage

It does get and have new growth but it keeps falling over and one even broke off and won't propagate

I water about once a week and I also used to drug it with 2 15 15 and shake n feed

I have 2 artifical growth lamps on full 12 hour cycles mimicking natural sunlight

Why is my plant getting red marks?

I've just left it outside and i water it maybe once a week or when the dirt is dry
