Found this roach in my bathroom, didn’t react to light, and was pretty small. What kind of roach is this, and is it a sign of infestation?

I got my third lobe pierced by professional piercers about two months ago with a titanium earring. I downsized about two weeks ago and I’ve had no issues throughout the whole process until last night when I was putting my hair up and noticed how swollen it was. Progress hasn’t worsened I don’t think, I’ve been taking ibuprofen and icing it when I can. Oh and I clean it at least once a day with saline spray. Should I keep trying and treat the swelling, or should I go visit my piercer and try to get a longer bar? Btw the closest time I could see my piercer is in about two days. Thanks!
