  • Reason for selling: Upgrading to an OLED monitor.

Can't change Layers/Profiles on FUN 68HE with FN shortcuts

Just got a MonsGeek FUN 68HE and using the FN + G, H, J, K shortcuts do not let me change profiles. Does anybody know a solution? Already contacted support but they haven't responded.

Update: Contacted MonsGeek Support and they emailed me an updated firmware that fixes the issue.
