Lazy Lunch

I phoned it in on Sunday and bought a salad box from Tesco, it was so much better than anything I’d have thrown together on a typical weekend.

It had edamame, quinoa, cabbage, carrots, salmon, cucumber, coconut and lime dressing and probably other things.

What’s your favourite lazy lunch that ended up being a complete treat?

My veggies so far

My little crops so far! I didn’t grow anything last year and forgot how happy it made me coming home after work to water and fuss them. I’ve successfully grown radishes, potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce and cucumbers a few years ago, what other things have you found grow successfully in an English greenhouse?

Am I using Reddit wrong or is it over-modded?

I tried Reddit a while ago, and while I loved the ability to nerd out and get nostalgic with strangers, I also found my posts were removed all the time for random rules and restrictions that didn’t feel fair. Nothing was rude or inappropriate and I embarrassingly rage quit and deleted my account.

Is it still heavily over-modded or am I just using it wrong? There seems to be a million rules for posting, am I just finding the wrong subs?
