Urban Fantasy novels about childhood friend groups
Think Meddling Kids by Edgar Cantero or Mister Magic by Kiersten White. I want cynical nostalgia that still manages to have hope in it. Also worlds that align with real life more or less but with a magical twist that’s only revealed as the story goes on.
