Black arrows are pointing to my sinuses that were previously nonexistent. This is from the consultation in April 2025, then after 1 month of 1 turn daily in July 2025.

I started in June 2025 and stopped expanding and the end of October 2025.

I don’t remember how big the expansion was, but breathing through my nose is amazing now. I’ll have to get the updated X-rays from when I stopped.
