Trad IRA - Fund Strategy and Choices

Hello! I have recently opened a traditional IRA with Fidelity. I have spent the last few months learning about index funds for a more longterm investment strategy. I am 44y/o, high earner, with a 401K and a small brokerage account already in place. Although looking for another longterm investment, I would still like a strategy that is somewhat aggressive. I plan to max the account out for the year. Please let me know what you all think of my fund choices and rations. Thank you! Criticism and advice welcome.

Frizz/breakage - Super fine hair- Help!

Hello! 44F here with very fine hair, about 50% grey. This photo is the day after I washed it, frizz! I do not like to wash it everyday as it feels dry when I do. I use shampoo every other wash. I condition or use a co-wash the other days. I use a hair mask weekly. I have tried smoothing oils like argan and Verb Ghost Oil, but they make my hair look greasy. I use a silk pillowcase and do not brush my hair wet.

I have very hard water. I spend 2 weeks each month in a very dry environment. I workout 5 days a week and my head does get sweaty. Putting my hair in a pony tail is a must, but I use gentle ties. What can I do help my hair look smoother and less frizzy? How can I make it looks presentable on day 2 of washing?

Thanks!

Transition from 1.5 Wegovy pills to tirzepatide injection...

Long story short, the pill refill schedule I am on doesn't work with my 2 week on/off rotational remote job. The low dose pill is working for me. Appetite is supressed but still eating, just less.

My doctor offered me a high quality compounded injection of tirzepatide. I am going to make the switch. What were your experiences when switching meds? Did you give yourself a break between meds? Did the side effects of the tirzepatide injection hit you like a truck?

Thanks guys!
