Making the jump tomorrow 🤞

Hey everyone!! I got my SR and I’m ready to make the jump tomorrow. The instructions say not to taper but I know some people do. I was hoping for some advice on how everyone else does it.

I been using it for 6 months and I do from 500-1000mg a day.

I just can’t seem to shake this 7oh! It’s awful. I just have a question…. If 7oh uses the opioid receptors… wouldn’t hydrocodone daily use mean no withdrawals? Hope that question makes sense
