Lately I’ve been feeling kind of off in my relationship and I can’t tell if I’m overthinking things or if something is actually wrong. We’ve been together for 7 years, and overall things are good, but recently it just feels different. Like we’re not as connected, conversations feel more surface level, and I find myself second guessing things I normally wouldn’t.

Nothing big or dramatic has happened, which is why I’m confused. It’s more just a shift in how it feels day to day. I don’t know if it’s stress, routine, or something deeper that I’m not seeing yet.

Has anyone else gone through something like this? How do you tell the difference between just a phase vs something you should really address? And if you’ve been here, what helped you get back on track?

I don’t want to make it into a bigger issue than it is, but I also don’t want to ignore it if it matters.
