I need a room only for 9 months, but can find accomodation for 51 weeks only at Robeson, High Holburn and Lilian Knowles. How flexible are they to allow you to vacate early if you let them know in advance? Should I go ahead and book the room?

Anyone looking to give up accomodation they've paid a deposit for? I've just received a full scholarship and now urgently looking for good accomodation near the campus.
Preferably something close to London School of Economics. If anyone is turning down their accomodation and has already paid deposit, happy to take it over ASAP.
My university is allowing me the concession of taking the Duolingo test which is much cheaper than the regular IELTS/TOEFL. But the Duolingo test is not listed on the UK Visa registered providers list - would they accept it? Don't want to spent on Duolingo test only to have to give the IELTS for the visa and end up spending on both tests.
