I am thinking of watching one shot, frb and pyq series from Parmar ssc channel as a way to revise the topics. Is this the right strategy or how should i approach?

I recently started my curly hair journey. I chemically straightened my hair a year ago which damaged my hair so bad. I finally chopped off all the ends and am learning how to style my curls. I started using moxie beauty shampoo, initially, it was good but it is giving me too much hair fall now.
Please recommend me shampoo, conditioner, curl creams and other products that would work for my hair type.
