I have been dancing for many years and at this point I became quite picky with leaders, as many good followers are. What makes it harder, being picky based on men’s behaviour as well, not just the dancing level or style.
Recently I was at a high level marathon. During that time, I was observing people.
What I noticed, many leaders there for ‘some reason’ move their hand down on the waist and quite conveniently move it closer to the hip on the turn. And all followers seem to take it as it’s fine and they are totally okay with it.

Do you really think it’s fine and do you leaders think it’s appropriate behaviour?

I have been with my partner for around 2 years, we’ve been living together for the past 1 year. He has a son and the mother lives on the same street. They are divorced for the past 6 years and have good coparents relationship. A while ago we left for vacation and he left her keys from the car, in case there will be parking suspension( it happened before and he paid a fine, so I was fine with that, I didn’t even know about that, but I don’t care). What happened after was weird though. She does bracelets as a hobby. So some days after I notice bracelet on his keys of his favourite colour. I asked him, he told that she did it and just put it on the keys. I felt really hurt as this is out of the coparenting issue and slightly breaches the boundaries. I just took it off and threw it away. He didn’t pay attention that it disappeared same as he didn’t care that she put it on.

After that I feel very triggered seeing her.

Would you be fine with something like that ?

My husband keeps telling me I hit very long for a woman, but I think he just wants to cheer me up.

My usual distances for driver is 200-250 yards, 3w - 200 yards. Obviously all clubs are different, but to give some estimations. I use ping hybrids, 4h is around 160-170y. My mizuno irons for 7i would be 130, 8i - 120.

I was playing today and on par4 I would get to the green in 2 shots. I started playing golf a bit more than a year ago. My husband tells I should start taking it more seriously as I have good capabilities.

Are these distances usual or women with similar distances are considered long hitters?

In case you both you and romantic partner do tango, do you dance something like Pugliese with other people ?
