Tomato wilting

My tomato seedling is having a difficult time. She started wilting like a week ago. I don’t know if the soil was super dry, but I guess I watered her deeply because her soil is quite wet. Anyways, the wilting has not stopped. It doesn’t look like tomato wilt as the leaves are green. Root damage from overwatering? Did I stress the plants too much? I live in the Canadian southern prairies so, we get intense sun and it does get hot, but it hasn’t better hotter than the low 70’s, high 60’s, which still feels hot with the sun. All of my tomato and pepper plants have been wilting in it despite being exposed every day now for a two weeks or so. I’m not sure if this plant just became too stressed? Thoughts?
