I decided to keep the special coloration and do smaller accents. Here she is! Ill do a satin coat once the humidity is lower.

Hooo what a MASSIVE kit. The wingspan is almost 3ft (!!!)

The build was shockingly smooth and I encountered minimal issues besides a few errors on my part. There's metal joinery at some parts and it feels solid and sturdy. The instructions are very well done and feature fun artwork throughout. Honestly the presentation and quality are shockingly good, unboxing it was a treat. The stand is great, and it comes with parts to build extra supports for the wings depending on how you decide to pose it. Lots of extra features for the girl to ride the dragon, too.

Big ups for most of it being undergated.

I'll eventually panel line the girl's armor too but I needed a break for other projects.

Oh man, I love this thing. Loud, pingy, and just awesome to look at. I see what the hype is all about now. So glad I found one secondhand!

Just gotta find more sliders I love along with my choc. Eyes on a top-d, groove pro (aren't we all) and Feng Ling!

Desperately trying to get my hands on a 01edc Pop 1.0, and this is the only place I've found with one of the colors I want (stainless, blue ti or ice blue ti)

Is it legit? I've never used ali. I cant find the pop anywhere else. Any other places to get or find are welcome as well.

EDIT No! It isnt! And I am horribly disappointed at how badly tuned this thing was out of the box. None of the magnets were seated well and I had to put blue tack under most of them on the teflon side. Are Auras usually this finicky brand new or did I get a dud? Will admit its PHENOMENAL now that I have dialed it in and I understand the hype. Already want a zirc one. Lol.

So i love this thing. Up and down and on the corners, its silent. Crazy. But side to side I get some noise. Ive tried opening both sides and pressing the magnets in. Theyre all correct polarity etc. Is this normal? Its not loud at all just different from the vertical, almost crackling.

Already loving both a ton, just got em in.

Thinking about maybe a guardian x1, top b and kukoEDC next. What else do folks recommend?
