Internet Spectrum

It went out most of Monday was back yesterday just fine and now it’s out again. What gives? We never even lost power so we’re fairly lucky but it’s just weird that the internet is being turned on and off like this. They can’t possibly be doing work right now at 5am right?

G45 / Schedule GE form for exemptions for online eBay business help

Hello,

I recently started a eBay business in March that started as a hobby and only last month swapped to a full business (got my license in June) due to the change in order quanitity I have been receiving. However I am beside myself on how to find the right numbers to put on the G45 form due July 20th and the Schedule GE form for exemptions. Most sales are out of state which is great but I have NO CLUE how to fill out these tax forms. This will be my first time doing them and there are so many different phrasings for everyting "gross sales" "gross payments" "gross transactions" etc. on ebay itself. Im not sure how to find the right forms to find the right numbers to put on my G45 and I've called about 10 different places to get an appointment but they all aren't taking new customers?

Please help thank you.

Anal Gland Abscesses 10lb toy poodle

I notice my dog acting a little strange on last friday—eating his food (hills biome and purina weight management as he cant eat fatty foods) not as vigorously or leaving it for later and constipation but otherwise normal. this continued until sunday i go to check his butt to make sure he didnt have any messy poo around and noticed his left anal gland area looked swollen with a hard lump and a smaller one on the right. This lump was not there a day ago because I checked his butt all the time and had done so the day before. its like it grew overnight!

i ended up calling every vet in town and only one had an appointment the next day so i booked it. they ended up taking him in that day for a lance on both sides to flush and drain two abscesses. its now friday and he still has a hard lump on the right side, the left side lance closed up day 1 post op, and the right side doesnt drain on its own well without help. on too of that hes struggling to pass stool which he tries to every time we go outside. its causing him not to want to get up or eat much because post op he was eating well, but now that he can’t poop I think it’s causing him to not want to eat more. On top of that when he tries to poop, the lump on the right side looks huge. All I can do is give him his medicine, meloxicam and clavamox and warm, compress it for him

I ended up calling the vet and have an appointment later tonight for them to take a look, but I’m really scared for my baby and my mind always goes to thinking that he’ll never get better even though I know it’s only been a week. i just hate that hes uncomfortable. I don’t have much money so I was really hoping this would resolve with the one surgery. Any advice for similar situations would be appreciated.

UPDATE: We just got back from the vet (9pm HST) they ended up flushing and draining it as well as syringing in some antibiotics right in the pocket and expressing him. She explained it as one finger in the butt thumb on outside squeezing the area to get rid of the discharge and then holding the small lance open to syringe after. She said there was a plug that came out and that she is hopeful this will do the trick.

He apparently tolerated her treatment really well despite shaking like a leaf while in the room with me. She also got some poop out too and he ended up eating the rest of his abandoned dinner immediately when we got home. I now have a topical ointment for him (animax) and she said massaging the area isn’t a bad idea either. He seems to be doing well now just resting and snuggling it up. Hopefully this is the end of this escapade!
