As an ENTJ, what is your favorite quote of all time?

I think a person's favorite quote can say a lot about how they operate and their world view, so I was curious what other ENTJs' favorite quote (or quotes) are.

What’s something someone told you that hurt to hear, but you needed to hear?

There was a question on the r/enfj subreddit recently, and I was very curious as to how we would all respond here.

Craving Mangold/Swiss Chard - Where can I get it?

Hello!
I heard that June-Sept is Mangold/Swiss Chard season, yet I've been looking around many supermarkets in Berlin and can't find any :( Can anyone help with some recommendations, preferrably around Mitte (at this point willing to travel though)

Thank YOU!

Muscle/Joint pain and exhaustion whenever I sleep 8 hrs or more

Hello!

I am absolutely perplexed about something and I can't seem to find an explanation for it..

Long story short. Last month I moved house and had some long working hours on top. So recently I tried to sleep longer in case if any recovery is needed.

If relevant: At this new apartment, there are no blackout curtains - which I actually prefer, because I tend to be a night owl but my sleep/wake schedule has been more regular here so I just left the curtains as they are and I find it quite pleasant.

Usually: I am someone who usually, especially before moving sleeps around 5hrs 45 to 6hrs 45 (as high as 7 hrs 30 if I'm really lucky).

Recently, there's been a few nights where I sleep 8 hours. You would think it's great - but I feel like absolute trash. Like concerningly so.

Each day after sleeping 8 hours (it's happened 3 times now) I wake up with muscle/joint pain (and feeling stiff and more prone to muscle cramps) - it lasts the whole day on and off. Additionally, I feel exhausted, I dare say even more than 6.5 hrs of sleep.

This almost entirely resets the next day, where id sleep 7 hours or so.

I'm just sitting here right now thinking about taking some painkillers..

I would much appreciate any insight into this!

I've also added my Fitbit sleep record for last night if it helps. I think usually my REM is sig. lower than this - like 1 hr - 1 hr 15
