4 weeks post op dr. Tim Schäfer

Scabs on the nipples are still there, but overall recovery is going well. A seroma formed in the first week, peaked around day 10, and then stayed unchanged for about a week. I added some localized compression and it completely resolved within 4 days. There’s still some mild swelling in the armpit area and partial numbness. Today is finally my first day without the compression binder, сlothes feel weird on my skin, but I'm happy :D

Still having a small seroma and a bit of swelling, but fortunately it’s slowly going down :)

My nipples look a bit uneven right now, but I’m hoping that once I wash off the remaining blood and the swelling fully goes down, it’ll look better. I’ve only washed my chest once this whole time because I was scared my nipples would fall off xD Now I’m going to do it more regularly to clean off the leftover blood.

I also attached my 1 week post op photos for comparison.
