I discussed this topic with ChatGPT, and it told me that having the urethral opening located within the vaginal canal does not necessarily mean that someone has an intersex variation, as it can sometimes occur as an isolated congenital anatomical variation.

However, ChatGPT is not a medical expert, so I would like to ask people who are more knowledgeable about this topic: is female hypospadias considered an intersex variation, or can it occur as an isolated anatomical variation?

Three months ago, I made a post about my high testosterone levels on Nebido and asked if anyone had tried reducing the dose instead of extending the interval: https://www.reddit.com/r/FTMOver30/s/kzcPru6GKf

For those who don't want to read the previous post: my trough levels were around 35 nmol/L (≈1010 ng/dL) every cycle on 4 mL every 12 weeks, and they barely dropped even when I extended the interval. Strangely, I still felt like my T was low and extending interval made me feel even worse.

Long story short: with 3 mL, my level after 11 weeks is 19 nmol/L (≈548 ng/dL).

Unfortunately for the experiment, I had top surgery during this cycle, and I had a phase of feeling very apathetic and unmotivated for around 2 weeks (2 weeks after the surgery and 5 weeks after the injection~), but it's hard to say whether my well-being was affected by recovery process or by the hormonal changes. Surprisingly, now at week 11, I'm not experiencing bad low-T symptoms I used to. I also noticed that the peak after the injection felt much better.

I'll continue with 3 mL and see how it goes.

So, I'm intersex (my doctor is still trying to figure out the exact variation) and seem to have very reactive circulation / nervous system.

Coffee often makes me feel kind of dehydrated and physically uncomfortable if I don't drink electrolytes. Also, just drinking water (even a lot) without electrolytes can make me feel dehydrated. My hands also get cold quite easily and then warm up again after I restore hydration/electrolyte balance. Stress also seems to affect this quite strongly.

I haven’t really seen this with my perisex friends, but I have a friend who also intersex and has the same symptoms, which made me curious if this is just coincidence or if it's more common among intersex people.
