Canada Post-CCT

Hi guys,

I have recently CCT’d and I am starting as a consultant in a few weeks doing MSK DR and procedures.

I’m going to CCT and flee in a few years but I’m stuck between Aus/Canada.

Can someone tell me what is the process of moving to Canada and is it difficult? Do I need to sit an exam? what is the salary like? I want to earn a ton of cash, but don’t want to be doing 70-100 reports/day.

Ive read the new Australian IMG pathway and have an idea of the work/life balance and pay. Mainly from colleagues who have moved out.

Radiology Consultant

What does the typical working week look like for a consultant radiologist in Ireland?

How many sessions of reporting/procedures do you perform for HSE? if working 37hr week full time, is time (SPA) set apart for audit/research etc.

How busy are oncalls typically, how many CT would you be expected to report in an evening and weekend.

Thanks
