For the past few years, I’ve started to break out REALLY bad after taking antibiotics. I’ll finish up my dose and about a week later my skin will go absolutely nuts. It’s happened with multiple different antibiotics, but this time it was. Image of my skin for reference. It’s these small red bumps/white heads all over my face and chest. It’ll last for about a week.
Anyone else deal with this??
I went to urgent care with typical UTI symptoms (frequency to urinate, burning, lower back pain). Results came back and I have ureaplasma. Never even heard of it until she mentioned it during my appt.
I have a million questions - I’ve been with my partner for 8 years. What does this mean? Could one of us have had it for that long?
In the last few years, I’ve dealt with extreme acne all over my face and chest once I finish a round of antibiotics. I’m F30 and get UTIs from time to time. I also dealt with this after getting my wisdom teeth out a few years ago.
I’m about to start a new antibiotic for a UTI and I’m nervous about my skin once I’m done. Anybody else deal with this and have probiotic, etc. recommendations?
