For people currently in syria, has there been an increase in tourists lately?

So im nearly 20 and I have never "dated" and I think the biggest reason ,is me being too nice as in I never Dm or approach or flirt or anything that actually puts me in a situation where I can get to know someone on that level ,

And any time I interact with a girl I genuinely think im too nice and end up having a "brother" dynamic which leads to no where. My question is , is being too nice a turn off?
