Is there gay/lesbian characters in the Off Campus universe?

Would love to have variety in this show, not all relationships being between a man and a woman. Is there any characters in the books that would bring queer relationships into the show?

Have you ever read a great book loving the way the author writes and wanted more only to find out they’ve written only a couple of books?

This has happened to me now three times. I’m reading the first book of Moments Duet by D. E. Daniel and was excited to think I’ve found a new author I love, but she’s written only three boks. I know already that I will read the thrid book after finishing the duet, it has FMC’s best friend.

St. Michael’s Duet by Harlow Cole is her only books as well. Was so disappointed to find out after finishing the duet that she hadn’t had written anything else. Brilliant Cecilia Grant has only one series that has three books and one novella. I so wished her too would write more.

Best way to enjoy the show is not to think each season is someone’s but continuing the Off Campus saga

And I absolutely loved that they mixed books 1 and 3 in season one. I hope they continue mixing the books next season, and I think they will, otherwise there would be angry fans asking why first season was mixed but others aren’t. And because it just makes sense. One couple per season doesn’t really work as well in tv as it does in the books. I mean it doesn’t feel natural that while one couple gets their story told others wait theirs to begin. Especially if there are stories that are happening simultaneously. I love all the marketing that shows these guys as a team and as a group of friends. All equal part of the Off Campus universe.

Is there ice-hockey romances in which the FMC refuses to wear MMCs jersey with his name and number on it

I always find it a bit corny that girlfriends wear their boyfriends play shirts and that is considered so hot and whatnot. While I get why that always is the case in these stories, I would love to read if there are any stories where the FMC doesn’t want to wear her boyfriend’s shirt with his name and number on it. She feels it objectifieds her or something like that.

Angst lovers: what is the best possible angst in your opinion? What do you love?

I might be weird but I love to read romance for angst more than anything. I want my chest hurt when I read romance books. What is the best kind of angst for you?

For me the best kind of angst usually is second chances stories with ow drama. I love childhood friends becoming lovers in high school, then life separates them and when they meet again, MMC is in a relationship. Suddenly Forbidden by Ella Fields is a great example of this plot or A Love Letter to Whiskey by Kandi Steiner. I love well made love triangles with ow not om (double weird). Or marriage in trouble because MCs wants from life have changed and extra plus points if other one wants a child and other one doesn’t, but that storyline is almost like a rainbow unicorn in romance even in women’s fiction, Baby Proof by Emily Giffin is prime excellent example. Anything (except infertility) causing drama over having children, but hard to find. Or unrequited love like Dear Emmie Blue by Lia Louis. That book is obe of the best I’ve ever read.

What kind of angst do you love?

In a need of stories that surprises the reader. I love HR, but they are often quite predictable. Have you read something that made you think “Wow, that was something different entirely.”

I just finished {Sinful by Charlotte Featherstone} and what a refreshing read it was. >!The couple had their happily ever after, but they did not get married to each other because he had to marry someone else, it was an arrangement he was forced into.!< I would love to read more stories in which a couple who can’t be together because impossible situations end up together without any easy fixes. {The Lord’s Second chance by Killian McRae} is a bit similar. Historical setting would allow stories like these, but I’ve rarely come across any.

Because opinions like that get downvoted.

And still she explicitly said in the book how

she hated that she had felt fesire for a man other than John, and *really* hated that the desire had gone beyond anything she’d felt with her husband and how nothing could have prepared her for the wicked thrill she had felt and the explosion she’d felt with Michael.
