We’ve been trying to reduce reliance on China lately because tariffs, delays, and supplier uncertainty are getting harder to ignore.

Has anyone here actually shifted meaningful production elsewhere yet?

Curious which countries are working, how quality compares, and whether costs/logistics are actually better once everything is factored in. Feels way harder than people make it sound.

Feels like Intuit is low-key forcing everyone to move off Desktop. Losing payroll, bank feeds, and security updates kinda sucks, especially when Desktop still works fine.
Trying to figure out what the move is before things break.

How bad is the migration from Desktop to Online??
