My Flex AC Elites chargers have been working great until today. They dropped offline and are not able to return online.

Wifi is good and they are talking over the internet to Pion’s servers.

If you try and restart your Pion Flex AC tonight, does it return to the online state in the app after reboot?

I suspect something is broken on Pions side .

Hello, has anyone noticed any issues with the is Flex AC Elites charger reporting as online in the app.

Try powering it off and then on again. Does it connect and show as online.

My units have Wifi and are talking to the Pion servers, but it looks like their servers are not responding properly. Just checking is anyone else has this problem.

Lights on the chargers appear per normal and no errors are indicated beyond showing offline.
