Just moved in and been fitghtng with virgin customer support trying to get gig2 installed but getting nowhere.

My neighbours all look like they can get gig2 from the website, and a virgin engineer who came round said he thought I could, and the 3rd party installers said they thought I could

But virgin insist that my property "is not serviceable" with gig2.

One thing is they incorrectly have my house down as 2 flats in their system when it is a single home. So I think it's just a glitch.

Anyway to find out for certain, and or correct their system so they will let me get the installation??

My son's account seems broken, he can log in but parts of the part don't load, he gets "insufficient permission" errors pop up and http errors when he tries to clock on an experience

I've tried support but have heard nothing back,

I have an account to manage his and on the same device I can log in fine and access experiences, I've changed his level from mild to moderate to see if that helps but no change.

What to do?
