Samsung M71H 43” Mini LED uneven/cloudy screen only visible during app loading screens. Is this normal?

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Samsung M71H 43” Mini LED. During app loading screens, I notice some uneven/cloudy areas (pics attached).
Once the app loads, everything looks normal, and I don’t see this while watching videos on YouTube/Netflix. I also tested 5%, 10% grey, white, black, etc., and those look normal.
I know it’s not a true Mini LED, but I was aware of that before buying it. I compared it in person with LG QNED Mini LED and several QLED TVs, and I personally preferred Samsung’s colors and overall picture presentation. My shortlist was mainly Samsung, LG, and TCL. I skipped Xiaomi and some other brands mainly because of after-sales support, since this TV is for my parents and I wanted to avoid potential hassles later.

Found a worm/centipede in my Taco bell order (Nirman Vihar , Delhi )

Ordered from Taco Bell, Vikas Marg, Nirman Vihar, New Delhi .(Order ID #8363671351 , Churros Shake + Chilli Twist + CT Mex Chicken + Habanero Burrito combo) earlier today. Found what looks like a worm or centipede crawling in the packaging while eating, and ended up vomiting shortly after and had to throw whole order.

Reported it through the delivery app’s support chat and they’ve only processed a refund, nothing that actually acknowledges the food safety/contamination issue. Photos of the packaging attached .
I am filing a formal complaint with FSSAI and looking into the National Consumer Helpline since this feels like more than a refund situation.

What should I do next? Has anyone here dealt with something similar, Any advice from people who’ve been through this process would help.
