Can I use this RAM on my PC?
My friend will buy 2 sticks of ram and wants to sell me his actual stick of ram
He has a 8gb DDR4 3000Mhz CL16 for sell
And the one that I have rn on my PC is 8gb DDR4-2133 CL16
Can I use both and have 16gb ram in total? My PC can only have 2133mhz but some people told me that it doesn't matter and if I have a stick of ram with more Mhz the system will automatically lower it to 2133
