Does anyone have the NI "Symphony series Brass" sample library?

Since i update fl this day, it's just lagging and freezing like crazy, and i can't even open any of my projects it just loads and loads till it crashes

Hello, if anyone has got the paid version of fl that allows you to create directwave instruments and share it to people on phone, I'm an orchestral music composer and i don't have a pc so i need someone to help me by sharing some orchestral instruments, that would be very kind of you.
