Maintenance package

I bought a 2025 Rav4 last July. Leased at 10k miles.

The dealer ship said free maintenance for 3 years. That was at time of sale.

Brought it it at 2k miles as they recommended. Then again at 5k miles that was in November. Oil change tire rotation.

I'm now at 7500 miles and they keep calling me to bring it in. I'm not even at the tire rotation mileage. I got a text that said I have 4 free services left.

Feels to me that they are trying to get all my free services in to do nothing but fuild check just to get me to use up my free services.

Since I am leasing am I obligated to bring it in when the dealership say to?

I'm inclined to wait at least another 500 miles for a tire rotation.

Losing money no idea why.

I'm at 17k population at +$12k.

For some reason when I hit $100k I suddenly drop down drastically and I cannot figure out why.

I am not purchasing anything, no community piers. Biggest maintenance fees are from light bulb and steam engines factories. Just 1 of each.

Checked my finances and nothing is jumping out. I'm literally reste when I hit around $100k.

I'm playing a sandbox with no other rivals or pirates.

Any ideas?

Im starting to think that adding multiple ships to my routes is not the best strategy.

I want them to stagger so there is a constant refill and supply. I tried pausing one of my ships on the same route and letting the other one gain distance but it looks like they bunch up and move as one fleet. Then they suck everything from that supply island and even then its not enough.

Is this accurate? Is it better to just have multiple routes with one ship rather than 3 ships on one route?
