I made a printable anxiety toolkit that doesn't look like it was designed in 1995

If you've ever Googled "anxiety worksheet printable" and gotten something that looks like a photocopied medical form from 1995 — I felt that too.

I made a 15-page anxiety coping toolkit: grounding exercises, a Worry Tree flowchart, Panic Attack Action Plan, Box Breathing guide, body scan, sleep tracker, and more. Designed to actually look like something you'd want to pick up and use when your brain isn't cooperating.

It's on Etsy for $9.99 — instant download PDF, print as many times as you need:

Happy to answer any questions about what's in it.

For educational and self-reflection use; not a substitute for licensed mental health care.

Here is the honest breakdown of what I built and what I would do differently.

What I built:

  • 30 AI-generated TikTok videos (Runway Gen-4, $25 total)
  • Automated post-processing pipeline in Python (free)
  • A $9 digital product based on what I learned

The theory: TikTok drives organic traffic → people want to know how to make similar content → buy the how-to product. Classic content-to-product funnel.

What actually took time: the prompts. I went through probably 200+ iterations before I had a reliable formula. The difference between a good and bad Runway prompt is subtle but the output quality gap is huge.

Would I do it again? Yes. The upfront time investment is real but the pipeline runs itself after setup.

If you are thinking about a similar setup, the biggest unlock is getting your prompt structure right before you spend any credits. Happy to share specifics in the comments.
