Can I still improve my current program? currently only equipment ko lang sa bahay is pull up bar and adjustable dumbells(max of only 7kg-10kg each).
Quick background check: nakapag gym na ako for 7 months straight a year ago natigil lang because of acads, and now gusto kong bumalik sa pagiging consistent but with home workout nalang.
Pull/Legs:
3-4 sets 6-9 reps pull ups with 4kg plates
3-4 sets 15-20 reps 10kg dumbell rows (high reps since di na kaya taasan weight)
2 sets 6-8 reps 10kg seated bicep curl
2 sets 6-8 reps 10kg concentration curl
2 sets 7-10 7kg reps hammer curls
4 sets 8-10 reps pistol squat with 1.25kg plates
3 sets 18-23 reps explosive squats to failure
3 sets 18-23 reps calf raises to failure
Push/Core:
4 sets 8-12 reps tricep dips with 4kg plates
3 sets 8-12 reps 7kg db lateral raises
1 drop set lateral raises to failure
3 sets 6-9 reps 10kg shoulder press
3 sets 16-12 reps push ups
3 sets 8-12 reps hanging leg raise
3 sets planks to failure (usually around 1min duration)
Because of busy sched always kong inaaim ma-target each muscle groups once minsan twice per week (push,pull,legs). I do cycling din so if I could target muscle group twice per week ang ginagawa ko isang leg day and isang long ride day for cardio na rin(60-100km of mostly flat terrain) aside from that I bike to school din 10km balikan 4-5x a week.
Is my volume too high? or any better workouts to replace mine? do I need to target more specific muscles? my goal is just to get bulked as well as increase my cycling level. I'm currently 62kg 165cm haven't tried muscle ups since baka bumigay yung pull up bar pero with my max pull ups of 15(all above the chin) can I do it na ba?
