Severe Dermal Hyperpigmentation for 3 Years — Nothing Has Worked, Need Genuine Advice Before Spending More

Fighting severe and stubborn hyperpigmentation since the last 3 years due to antidepressants. I’m not taking antidepressants anymore.

Tried almost everything, nothing has worked so far. Consulted Dr. Bhargav Lathiya in Surat and completed 3 sessions of Advanced Pico Laser, but saw absolutely no improvement. Doctor said the pigmentation is deep in the dermis layer and very difficult to treat, so we changed the treatment plan.

Current treatment:

- Glutathione IV

- Exosome microneedling with Advanced Pico

- Melano TX Ultra HQ4%, Dremz cream + Benzoyl Peroxide mixed in 2:1:1 ratio

- Spray water on face and massage after applying

- Glutathione 600 mg tablets every morning

Doctor also recommended a steroid cream because nothing else seems to be working on me.

I’ve already spent more than ₹30k in 2 months and honestly feeling lost at this point.

Wanted genuine suggestions:

- Is there anything else I can do?

- Should I continue this treatment plan?

- Is it better to get a second opinion before spending more?

- just need advice.
