Too many people?

Hi all, I worked in NN for the last three years, and I have noticed, even after the "transformation plan" that we are too many in certain areas. I am saying this because I need to fight with overstepping colleagues who want to do part on my job. Is it only me or do you also experience this issue?

First Half Marathon

After 9 years of gym (weightlifting) I started running two months ago (m37). I would like to run below 2 hours by end of September. After 18km my legs start hurting so I could push.
