What is this clear bubble on my gums

I just applied and somehow I’m already in? I see the jobs, but do I just apply and click on a job I want to do? When I do click on a job, how will I get paid? I haven’t set up anything other than my information, did my résumé and uploaded my drivers license for verification and took a picture.
