Breeds similar to Samoyed that is suitable for hot weather?

Heyy guys! Im not sure if this is the perfect sub for this but I will ask.

I am a big fan of Samoyeds but I do understand they prefer cold countries. I live in a humid and hot country. A lot of people told me I could have one but I need to put the dog in an air conditioned place. I do not want that for my dog, so I decided to just not get a Samoyed. I don't think my dog would love it if they are inside an air conditioned house for that long and just suffer in the weather.

I was wondering if there are other dog breeds similar to Samoyed that I could get instead. I like dogs that are big and playful, like a Samoyed. I dont really care about the fur colour. I just want one big cuddly and active dog.

It would be nice if someone could suggest one

Stopped Vissane for two weeks and having prolonged period for three weeks now

Hey guys, so this is my situation right now.
I was told that my very bad period symptoms are all in my head and was confimed to not have endo after an MRI scan. Its just what it is, i guess. I was pretty depressed after being told that and stopped taking vissane which I was prescribed with just to re-experience my period symptoms to know I am not lying. I stopped them for two weeks, but started taking them again after getting yelled by my parents, lol.

After around two and half weeks of taking vissane normally again, I got my period. It wasn't heavy like usual, more like period on my third or fourth day, I had normal period cramps, bad, but I kind of can differentiate the very bad 'endo' pain and normal period cramps. I would call this normal period cramps, just on the more painful side. I am a bit worried now, because they showed signs of stopping, but then started getting heavier again with bad period cramps, especially when I do some heavy works like handwashing clothes or carry heavy stuff.

Is this normal? I kind of miss not wearing a pad. For context, I was taking vissane for around three months, before stopping for two weeks and then continuing them until now

Title might sound different from what I actually want to ask because I can't word it nicely lol.

I am an atheist, I had always known I am an atheist. My family are Hindu Indians. I had visited Buddhist temples, churches and certain mosques. What I had noticed is that other religions, including Christians, Muslims and Buddhists always offer help to its devotees.

I had a lot of Christian friends where if someone got into an accident or fall into debts, the churches offer to give wheelchairs, pay a certain amount of money, offer help to clean houses etc.

Same with Muslims, I know plenty religious places that do volunteering work, religious classes for free, and there is also a nearby mosque that gives free football lesson and silat.

I also know some Buddhist temples, one that my father loves to visit with my aunt, where they offer free counseling service and had funded a library, while also offering help to their devotees. My father is Hindu, but the buddhist temple offered to take care of his sick father that time.

And then we have indian temples. Maybe all the temples I went to are just really bad or something but I had went to a lot of temples, more than mosques, churches and buddhist temple combined cause duh, I live with a Hindu family and used to be Hindu. When I tell you, it is as if instead of them offering help to the devotees, they expect help from the devotees, while doing nothing in return.

I know one kuil that calls my mother at least once every week saying that they need money to buy ritual items for a random auspicious day. It is honestly annoying because I just don't understand why you need to buy a lot of flowers and milk just to waste them away in a ritual. And if thats not enough, this particular kuil decided to demolish the kuil on their own accord because they want to rebuild it into a more beautiful and big kuil. But here is the thing, they didn't have the money for it. So they just demolished it, and are asking for money from the devotee, saying that they need to build the kuil fast or else there would be a bad omen since the god statues are homeless. They could just build a small kuil with the current money they got from everyone but noo, they want more because they want a pretty and big kuil.

I just dont understand why the fuck you would demolish a temple if you do not even have the money to rebuild it. It has been two years, they still haven't build the temple because they have no money, and they kept calling everyone that has a phone for money for rituals and this and that. There is another kuil that comes to our house just to ask us to buy ritual stuff, and everytime they ask, my mum goes out of her way to buy them, saying that its because our family would get a lot of divine goodness. Idk bro, I personally think God will like it more if the devotees spend time doing something actually good instead of rituals but thats just me.

Whats more annoying is that these two kuils are in an undeveloped estate area with a lot of poor family, but this kuil is literally leeching off these people instead of offering help to them, if that makes sense? My mum is doing a subsidised tamil preschool in this area, and these people dont even have money to pay RM50 for their children monthly preschool fee, and yet they are throwing money to a kuil for what?? I genuinely dont understand??

At least you would assume the food they give aftee a big ritual isfree but nooo, all food is a potluck from the devotees, the kuil does absolutely nothing.

I also know another kuil that I went to celebrate my brother's birthday there. The kuil also had an orphanage house and that was honestly a good idea, ONLY TO SEE THAT THE KUIL WAS MAKING THE KIDS BUILDING AN EXTENSION FOR THE KUIL BUILDING!!! I would have clapped my hands if they were doing something like painting murals or help carrying bricks, but no, they were legit mixing cement, arranging bricks and digging the ground. That was around 9 years ago so I was just an immature kid myself. I heard the kuil got demolished now and I hope that is true.

I dont know guys, yall can down vote me to hell, but it is just really frustrating to see how some kuils are literally leeching its people in the name of religion. They could do literally anything, they could offer thevaram class, bharathyanatyam class of maybe silambam, but nothing. I know another temple from my uncle that stopped its silambam classes because they want money to make the temple bigger. And these pricks would also be the same people that would cry that their culture is gone. And let's not get started on the other judgy stuff they do in the name of religion. I know Hinduism is a very good religion regardless my belief in god, but the people pretending to practice it are absolute shit.

If you guys know any good kuils out there that is genuinely helping people, please for the love of God, let me know because the number of shit kuils I see are too many. Everytime I drive pass these kuils, I feel so protective of my money. I go out of my way to donate my money to a mosque and a church because I find better use there. For Indians, Its all stupid claims that *insert kuil name* is very powerful so you should bow until your head hits your toes and not question anything about how the money is spent. I had seen indian clubs run by broke college students that do better things than these kuils that had apparently been there since your great great grandpa's birth.

Thank you for listening to my crash out

This is basically an extension to how abortion is being in verge of completely banned in some countries. In case of complete ban even when rape happens, will it be ethical to force the rapist to pay for child support no matter what? Typically, when a child is born, then a DNA test is taken, and the father must pay for the child until he or she is 18 years old with no exception. If this route was taken, then it must also be applicable for everything so that there would not be loopholes happening, the same way how they established it in abortion bans. There was once a case where a minor boy was repeatedly raped by his babysitter and she gave birth to a child. The boy was forced to pay child support. Of course this is cruel, but thats what makes this a hard decision. I honestly feel that a law must be established where men face the consequences just like the women with the abortion bans.

Of course non of this would be happening if abortion wasn't completely banned. In countries such as Malaysia, abortion is legal and usually, no questions will be asked during it. They also have one of the heaviest sentence for rape, which involves maximum of 30 years, a fine not exceeding RM50,000 and a minimum of 10 whipping with the intention of tearing the criminal's skin (whipping is not done on women, only men). If victim is under 16, it is considered rape even when the victim gave their consent.

I am not glazing Malaysia, it has a lot of downsides, and rape still happens often, but I just want to highlight how different other countries are in when protecting women.
