Steam Family Library Spreadsheet
Please check the spreadsheet before DMing if you're unsure whether we already own a game.
We're looking for a high-yield library, not just someone to fill the slot.
Ideally you should have:
Quality > quantity. Please make sure your games actually add something new to the family.
We're based in India, but worldwide is possible,
If you're from another country, Steam Family may require a region change for 3 months depending on your situation. Pleaseeee read about this on reddit pots yourself before DMing. Please dont ask me to explain this and Ghost.
Please read the post + check the spreadsheet first.
If interested, DM me with:
1. Your Steam profile link
2. The main games you can add that we don't already have
Please don't DM and then ghost. We're looking for someone genuinely interested in joining long-term.
Thanks! 🎮
Disclosure: I purchased this controller myself from GenesisPC and have no affiliation with GameSir, GenesisPC, or any competing company :)
Hey everyone!
After waiting around 15 days, my GameSir Nova 2 Lite finally arrived !!!!!!!!!!
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who recommended the Nova Lite 2 and shared their experiences on my previous posts. Your comments genuinely helped me make the decision.
I haven't actually used it yet, I haven't even connected it to my PC - but my first impression is really good. It feels really comfortable in my hands, and I'm honestly excited to finally try gaming with a controller after years of playing with keyboard n mouse.
For my first controller gaming experience, I'm planning to start with ENDER MAGNOLIA: Bloom in the Mist !!!!
Since this is literally my first, if there's anything specific you think I should check or test during the first few days, please let me know in the comments or DM me!
Thanks again to everyone who helped me choose!!!

Hi everyone! I'm planning to buy an external gaming monitor for my laptop and I'm a bit confused between 24" 1080p and 27" 1440p.
Laptop specs:
Budget: ₹15k rupess ideally, can stretch up to ₹20k rupessif it's genuinely worth it.
It's roughly 50% gaming / 50% productivity.
For work, I mainly code and often need documentation/tutorials open alongside VS Code, so having more screen space is one of reasons I'm buying the monitor. I'll sometimes use the laptop screen together with the monitor, but while gaming I'll planning to use only the external monitor.
For gaming, I play mostly AAA, AA and indie/single-player games like Elden Ring, Dark Souls, Hollow Knight, etc. I don't really play competitive online games like Valorant, CS2 or PUBG.
I'm not chasing 200+ FPS. 60 FPS is perfectly acceptable to me, but I want the experience to feel smooth n natural. I'm okay lowering graphics settings when needed as long as the game still looks good and doesn't feel stuttery.
Option 1: 24" 1080p, high refresh rate or Option 2: 27" 1440p (2K), high refresh rate
I'm currently leaning toward 27" 1440p because of the extra workspace and sharper image, but I'm concerned about whether my RTX 3060 Laptop GPU will struggle too much with 1440p AAA games.
few monitors i am considered are
I'd really appreciate recommendations for this monitor or better alternatives around ₹15–20k.
Also, if you have an RTX 3060/3060 Laptop GPU and use a 1440p monitor, I'd especially like to hear about your real-world experience with AAA games.
Would you go 24" 1080p or 27" 1440p for my use case? And which specific monitors would you recommend?
Thanks!
Mr Devourer 🖤
Hey everyone!
Thank you so much to everyone who commented on my previous post. I really appreciate all the recommendations, advice, and personal experiences you shared—it helped me narrow down my options a lot.
After reading all the comments and doing some more research, I've narrowed it down to these two controllers which are in my Budget:
I'm currently leaning slightly towards the GameSir Nova Lite 2 because quite a few people mentioned that the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C feels a bit small, especially for people with larger hands, and that it can become uncomfortable during longer gaming sessions. That made me a little concerned. For Ref I'm 6'1" (185 cm) with a hand length of around 18–20 cm,
However, after comparing both controllers and asking ChatGPT to analyze them, it consistently recommends the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C, saying it has better build quality, buttons, software, and an overall more premium feel.
Now I'm even more confused. 😅
I know I'm probably overthinking my first controller purchase!!
So, if you've used both controllers, or even owned one of them for a while, I'd really appreciate your thoughts.
And I am planning to buy them on GennesisPC, if u know any other platform for a cheaper price pls do recommend!!
Thanks again to everyone who helped on my previous post and this - I really appreciate it!

Hey everyone!
I've been a PC gamer for years, and I've only ever used a keyboard and mouse. I've literally never held or used a controller before.
I'm finally planning to buy my first controller and could really use some advice from people who have actually used these.
My budget is around ₹3,000, but I can stretch to ₹4,000 if one of them is genuinely worth the extra money.
Controllers I'm considering:
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has owned or used one (or more) of these.
I mostly play single-player games like Elden Ring, Souls games, RPGs, action-adventure titles, platformers, and indie games. (I'd also really appreciate any recommendations for games that are great to learn and get comfortable with a controller :)
Thanks a lot! Any advice or personal experience would really help.
Edit: A bit more context: I'm 6'1 and my hand length is around 18–20 cm (not exactly sure). Right now I'm leaning toward the 8BitDo Ultimate, but I've seen quite a few people say it feels a bit small. Please keep that in mind when recommending. Thanks a lot !!!

Update: Thanks everyone for the suggestions! After reading all the comments, I've narrowed it down to the 8BitDo Ultimate 2C Wireless and GameSir Nova Lite 2.
I'm leaning slightly toward the GameSir because a few people mentioned the 8BitDo can feel a bit small for larger hands (I'm 6'1" with ~18–20 cm hands). However, many reviews say the 8BitDo has slightly better build quality and buttons, so I'm still undecided.
If anyone has used both, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

We currently have one open spot in our Steam Family and are looking for someone interested in joining for the long term.
We already have a shared library with 600**+ games**, including many recent AAA releases, soulslikes, RPGs, horror, co-op, and indie titles. We're looking for someone who can genuinely add to the collection.
Quality matters much more than the total number of games. We'd rather have someone with a handful of great additions than hundreds of games we already own.
If you think your library is a good fit, send me:
We'll take a look and get back to you if it's a good match.
Thanks!

Hey everyone!
We currently have one open spot in our Steam Family and are looking for someone interested in joining for the long term.
Our shared library has grown over time and currently contains 550+ games. Some of the titles include:
We're hoping to find someone whose library complements ours. Some games we're still missing include:
Other AAA or well-known indie games are welcome too.
We're mainly looking for someone who:
If you're interested, leave your Steam profile in the comments or send me a DM. We'll take a look and see if we're a good fit for each other.
Thanks!
Hey everyone!
After months of building our shared library together, we're looking for one final long-term member to complete our Steam Family.
We're not looking for someone who just wants free games—we're looking for a fellow collector who enjoys buying great games, whether they're big AAA releases or amazing indie titles, and wants to help build an incredible shared library over time.
Our Steam Family now has 550+ games, including:
...and 600+ more popular AAA, AA, co-op, survival, RPG, strategy, horror, and indie games.
Our members regularly buy new games, so the library keeps growing every Steam sale and throughout the year.
If you own several of these (or similar games), we'd love to hear from you:
If you have other popular AAA games or highly-rated indie titles that aren't in our library, that's great too!
You definitely don't need to own everything on this list, but we're hoping to find someone who has at least 4–5 of these or regularly buys similar games.
We value both AAA games and great indie games. A huge library full of quality titles is exactly what we're trying to build.
Once our final member joins, we're already planning to buy several more AAA titles that our library doesn't have yet, before this sale ends.
We're also flexible—if our new member brings a strong collection and there's a game they'd really like the family to have, we're happy to consider adding it to our future purchases.
The goal isn't just to fill the last slot. We want to build one of the best long-term Steam Families possible.
If you think you'd be a good fit, leave your Steam profile in the comments or send me a DM.
We'll check your profile, discuss it with the current members, and get back to you.
We're 5/6 right now.
Now we're looking for that one final collector to complete the family. 🍻
