Anyways critique my artwork and tell me what I can work on, everything here had a refrence

Hello, I am Idle, I’m currently trying to learn how to draw and started a little bit around march of this year. Now I have had other practices of drawing by which being “some art classes in school, a few summer art programs(though those were mainly sculpting based which im much better at) and just doodling. I’m tryna get better for 3 reasons, my ocs, to draw them doing silly things. A manga idea I had, something I believe would be different enough to be enjoyed, and the last reason is a little secret. Anyways, heres some of my drawings and practice, all used with refrences please tell me what I can do to fix them, and give me some tips!
