Paint and acrylic caulk are blistering 3–4 months after renovation work.

Hi!

Walls are replastered clay brick walls, quality products were used, and there’s acrylic caulk between door frames and walls.

The house was not heated during winter due to ongoing renovations, and the issue appeared recently after warmer weather. Mostly above doors and on corners.

The plaster underneath does not seem damp or crumbly.

Could this simply be caused by humidity/temperature changes and the walls still stabilizing?

Locked out after enabling “Phishing-resistant MFA” CA for all admins — Authenticator passkey + WHfB rejected

I think I completely locked myself out of my M365 tenant.

I enabled a Conditional Access policy requiring “Phishing-resistant MFA” for all admin accounts.

I DO have:

  • a passkey created in Microsoft Authenticator
  • Windows Hello for Business configured

But both are rejected during sign-in.

I only get a generic error:
“Something went wrong”
with no additional details at all.

I expected Authenticator passkeys and WHfB to satisfy the phishing-resistant MFA requirement, but apparently not in my setup.

Has anyone already hit this exact issue?
Is there a known limitation/bug with Authenticator passkeys + Authentication Strength policies?

Right now I have no active admin session left open.

""This might be due to a timeout, a canceded request or a private browsing windows""

EDIT : It’s working again.

I finally managed to access the tenant by signing into a PC with my admin account and configuring Windows Hello. The PIN failed, but fingerprint authentication finally worked and let me back in.

I disabled the CA immediately and created a proper break-glass account. I fully admit I was careless, but honestly Microsoft also shares some responsibility here because this whole flow is clearly not mature enough yet.

PS: Some people here are honestly malicious and seem to enjoy seeing a fellow admin in trouble. Human mistakes happen very quickly, and a situation like this can genuinely keep you awake all night.

First ever 10k with no cardio training

Hi! M29 ! I’m 176 cm / 66 kg and I’ve been lifting weights for about 7 years, but I never do cardio.
At school I was genuinely one of the worst people in PE/running classes, so I always thought I just sucked at endurance sports.

Today I randomly decided to go for a run.
My initial goal was just 30 minutes.

I ended up doing:
10 km
1h07
~6:46/km pace
No walking breaks.

I’m honestly shocked because I still consider myself someone with “zero cardio”.

Honestly, cardio-wise I probably could have kept going, but my legs were definitely starting to struggle near the end.

What the smartest way to progress from here without getting injured from doing too much too fast?

Why does Linkin Park sometimes remove songs from the setlist?

I’ve noticed Linkin Park sometimes rotates songs in and out of the setlist and I’m curious how they decide it.

For example, “From the Inside” came back and has been played at several shows over the past months, but they didn’t play it in Paris in 2025. I’m really hoping they bring it back for Lyon this year because it’s one of my favorites. Same with Point of authority or Place for my head !

Same thing with “Breaking the Habit” — it seems to have disappeared, which honestly surprised me since it’s such an iconic song.

Do they usually rotate songs depending on the crowd/city, or is it more about Emily’s voice, rehearsal time, production constraints, etc.?

I’ve been lifting consistently for about 7 years now (2 to 4 sessions per week). 29 years old

I’m 176 cm (5’9”) for around 67 kg (147 lbs), with a very small frame and thin bones. I started from a really bad base — first obese, then skinny fat. When I began, even benching the empty bar was difficult.

Today, I’d say I’ve built decent hypertrophy and look “trained,” but my strength is still very poor — especially on bench press. I’ve been stuck at 75 kg (165 lbs) for 5x5 for almost 2 years with zero progress.

For comparison, my back is much stronger: I can do 4x8 at 73 kg on vertical pulls and around 80 kg on horizontal rows

I’ll be honest: I’m not super strict with my diet, but I do make sure to eat a lot of protein consistently. I also eat a lot in general — actually more than when I was obese.

At this point, I’m starting to think it might just be genetic. It feels like 90% of guys reach a 90–100 kg (200–220 lbs) bench within a couple of years, even without following a very structured program, while I’m stuck despite years of training.

Anyone else in a similar situation?
