Someone mentioned the brothers possibly being skateboarders, this video from 1991 introduced their vibe years before. The found footage, wobbly VHS aesthetic, disjointed dialogue is all here. The graphic identity of the Workshop is rooted in geometry, logo combination marks, dystopian themes, and of course aliens. Their later videos Timecode (1997) and Photosynthesis (2000) further developed their identity and are definitely worth viewing.
