What are the chances of an H4 visa refusal after two previous F2 visa refusals?
Hi everyone, my wife previously applied for an F2 visa twice, and both times she received a 214(b) refusal from India
She is now planning to apply for an H4 visa, and I’m wondering whether her previous F2 refusals could negatively affect her H4 Interview (H4 getting rejected as well)
Has anyone been in a similar situation or successfully obtained an H4 visa after multiple F2 refusals?
